How safe is it to order from a MastersonMD
store?

MastersonMD is a secure website for order
processing. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with
128-bit encryption technology certified by Verisign
Security Systems for the exchange of personal and
payment information. You can verify by checking out
the little padlock icon in the lower corner of your
browser. This means you can safely enter your entire
credit card number when prompted by our online
purchasing system, and it cannot be read in transit.
Believe it or not, ordering a product on-line is
safer than ordering one in the real world. When you
hand your credit card to the clerk at your local
music store, there is nothing to stop him from
scribbling down your number and charging things
without your knowledge. However, when you type in
your credit card number to order here, we never even
see it. The entire ordering process is completely
automatic from start to finish, and only a series of
computers handle your credit card information.
Hackers are not a threat either. Your credit card

Can I call in or fax my order?

How does the
charge appear on my bill?

It is important to note that the charge that will
appear on your statement will be from Merchant E
Solutions', and NOT the name of the artist.
What are the shipping
costs?

Shipping prices are determined straight from the UPS
shipping rates. The cost of the shipping depends on
the weight of your package.
What are the shipping methods?

Delivery is by the United Parcel Service (UPS) for
Domestic Mail inside the United States. If inquiring
about overseas please call.
How long does it take to get my order?

Most orders are packed and ready to be shipped
within 1-3 days. Shipping does not happen on
weekends, so if you order from Friday evening until
Monday morning, your order will not be processed
until Monday.
What is your returns and refunds policy?

We do accept returns on defective merchandise. If an
item is defective, you must notify us within 7 days
of receiving the item. If you received the wrong
item it can be sent back and it will be replaced
with the correct one. You will not be responsible
for any shipping costs.
